We welcome past and founding members, patrons, partners and supporters to join us at 6:00 pm for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails (no host bar) followed by a sit down dinner with wines at 7:00 pm.
In collaboration with our silver anniversary committee, the Vancouver Club’s Executive Chef, Sean Cousins has designed a stunning four course dinner to be served with wines from Les Dames winemakers, members and supporters.
Dinner will include Porcini consomme with Chanterelle Mushrooms, Diver Scallops with Endive Salad, Roasted Duck with Leg Confit and Apple mousse for dessert.
