7 pm dinner

Sweetlet pea and lemon thyme mousse tarts; shallot chips
Cambodian spiced pulled chicken on sticky rice cake with papaya salad
Crispy crab cakes with tarragon aioli

Dinner:

assorted dinner rolls with sweet butter and sea salt

Geoduck, Avocado and Cucumber Salad

Pan Roasted Sablefish with Pernod Creamed Leeks
braised Beluga lentils, buttered asparagus, wilted nettles, crispy potato
