Jay Drysdale @ Bella Sparkling

Jay Drysdale, last seen in the kitchens at the Toasted Oak Wine Bar & Grill in Oliver BC, is dusting off his chef’s whites to provide an exclusive al fresco dining experience under the cherry trees at the private residence of Bella. Using ingredients sourced directly from their four acre homestead that includes a vineyard, pigs, chickens, heritage orchard fruit and extensive vegetable gardens, Drysdale will prepare a four course meal with each course paired with a Bella sparkling wine, also made by Jay. This is a truly unique experience where wine maker and chef are one and the same and showcases the versatility of sparkling wine.
