Nourish Kitchen & Cafe was created to simplify healthy eating & support active lifestyles.   Our team plays with re-imagining natural ingredients to showcase our love of wholesome culinary techniques.  We have strong beliefs when it comes to growing & sourcing the products we use, and we do take great care in the details of the experience so we can promise this:  You will get lost for a moment of time; You will eat meals with an abundance of seasonal ingredients and flavours; You will be spoiled with the high quality foods prepared for rich nutrient density; You will enjoy every minute you spend at Nourish; And, you will leave feeling better than when you arrived.

The Summerdine table will be seated at our beloved ‘table 2’; a hand-crafted table made from a solid slab of cottonwood by a local craftsman; table 2 sits in our front bay window with views towards the inner harbour.
