The menu by Chef de Cuisine Chris Braun and RauDZ owner/operator BC Restaurant Hall of Fame inductee Chef Rod Butters focuses on fresh, local, seasonal and organic produce. Butters feels so strongly that the producers are a major ingredient in the success of the menu, framed photographic portraits of the suppliers and their colourful produce are featured around the entire restaurant. Guests can literally feel a connection to the food on their plate with this artwork. RauDZ are leaders in the use of organic, sustainable and naturally raised ingredients and concentrate on pure, simple flavours with a fun presentation.
Dinner menu will reflect the season’s bounty of Amazing Okanagan Produce, served in family style setting.
