Megan Faschoway is a fermenter and cider maker based in Victoria, BC Sea Cidery Megan's fermentation journey started when she was an apprentice in cheese making at an abbey in Connecticut. Megan's scholarship helped her hone her skills through the BC Beverage Technology Access Center with their 'Essential Laboratory Testing of Cider & Perry' class.Read More

Chef Tina is also the Owner and Pastry Chef of tt.bakeshop based in Kelowna. She is a silver and bronze medal winner of Culinary Team BC. Her scholarship sees her continue her journey of food & wine pairing with a WSET Level 3 course.Read More
