Les Dames d’Escoffier, BC Chapter, a leadership culinary organization composed of women who have achieved success in their professions and contribute significantly to their communities, chooses a culinary icon to honour at their annual gala dinner, this week announced Vancouver’s Diane Clement as the 2018 recipient of this yearly honour.
